If any one idea, drug or concept actually cured cancer, it would be worth billions of dollars yet, so many things claim to be that cure. However, a combination of ideas could make an impact on reducing the chances of contracting cancer or increase your chances of beating it. If something as simple as eating better would increase your chances of living a better life, sleeping better, having more energy, losing weight, then isn't it worth trying?
Now a days, eating better doesn't mean restricting what you eat, instead it just means making better choices. A healthy diet doesn't mean you can't have bread. Imagine what the best vegetables would taste like, imagine a well seasoned dressing or sauce. Then match what you are making to your imagination.
For better health, here's a tip. Choose ingredients based on properties that are low in sugar (both natural and processed) and also ingredients that are natural Anti Inflammatory.
